The archive collects works created within twelve mental health centres<\/strong> operating in many regions of Italy, from Sicily to Piedmont. The works are created in care settings, where artistic practice develops as a space for expression, relationship and listening<\/strong>, giving shape to both individual and collective experiences.

The archive is configured as an open space, in which drawings, images and signs offer a variety of perspectives on the themes of fragility, perception, identity and otherness<\/strong>, bringing often marginalised experiences to light.

This archive collection represents the starting point for a larger project promoted by YAG\/Garage<\/strong>. The works collected do not constitute an end point; they will form the basis of a contest that will involve young artists in a reflection on the theme of mental health<\/strong> through the languages of contemporary art. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
