Consent may be withdrawn at any time.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Third-Party Recipients of Data<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>If you wish to receive updates regarding YAG Garage activities, events, exhibitions, and initiatives, the personal data provided (such as first name, last name, residential address, and email address) will be processed for sending informational and promotional communications, including through automated tools.<\/p>\n\n<p>Such communications are managed through the <strong>Brevo platform (formerly Sendinblue)<\/strong>, provided by <strong>Sendinblue SAS<\/strong>, with registered office at 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris (France), appointed as <strong>Data Processor<\/strong> pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Methods of Processing and Security Measures<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n<p>Your data will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, both manually and with the aid of electronic tools, following the adoption of appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, accidental loss, or unauthorized processing.<br\/>In the unlikely event that the Foundation believes that the security of your personal data in its possession or under its control has been or may have been compromised, you will be informed in accordance with applicable laws and through the prescribed methods (by providing your email address, you consent to receiving such communications electronically). The Foundation will also inform the Italian Data Protection Authority.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scope of Communication and Disclosure of Data<\/strong>  <\/h4>\n\n<p>Personal data will not be disclosed, unless required by law or expressly authorized.<\/p>\n\n<p>They may only be communicated to:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2212 persons authorized by the Data Controller to process data for the above-mentioned purposes. No information is automatically shared from the Website to social media platforms, and <strong>users cannot access or interact with the YAG Garage Website through their social media accounts.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Protection of Minors\u2019 Privacy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>The Website is intended for a general audience; however, the services offered, <strong>including newsletter subscriptions and the receipt of informational messages<\/strong>, are intended exclusively for individuals <strong>aged 18 or older<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Fondazione Etipublica<\/strong> <strong>does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose<\/strong> personal data provided by individuals under 18 years of age.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you do not meet the required age, <strong>please do not provide your personal data<\/strong> and ask a parent or legal guardian to proceed with any subscription.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data Retention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The collected data (email address, city and residential address, first name and last name, and mobile phone number) are retained until consent is withdrawn and in any case for a maximum period of 60 months (5 years) from the last documented interaction, in order to allow users to remain informed even years after their last participation in cultural events, in compliance with the principles of relevance, proportionality, and data minimization set out in the GDPR. <\/p>\n\n<p>The retention period is justified by the nature of the activities carried out.
