YAG/garage is pleased to present Maria Korporal + Sonia Laura Armaniaco – Stories of Existence, Technology and Nature, an exhibition curated by Alessandra Arnò and realized in collaboration with Visualcontainer. The exhibition explores key issues of contemporary society, including identity, the environment, consumption, and technology.
The works of the two artists invite reflection on some of the most pressing questions of our time: the construction of identities, the relationship between human beings and the environment, the acceleration of consumer culture, and the role of technology as a cultural and social device.
Set within a workplace environment, the exhibition introduces a pause into the daily rhythm of professional activities, encouraging visitors to reconsider the relationship between production and perception, efficiency and attention. Through the dialogue between artworks, space, and context, art becomes a tool for questioning what often remains implicit, activating new modes of observation and awareness.
At 6:00 PM, the project will be presented, followed by a guided tour of the exhibition. Tours will take place in small groups to ensure an optimal viewing experience.
The initiative is part of Art in the Workplace, a project curated by Ivan D’Alberto and promoted by Fondazione Hubruzzo, which C-Nova has chosen to join and support. The exhibition is hosted in the company’s offices, which also house the permanent YAG Collection.
