Stills of Peace for Young

Born from the collaboration between Fondazione ARIA and YAG/garage, Stills of Peace for Young is an exhibition dedicated to the languages of emerging contemporary art. The project is part of the international series Stills of Peace and Everyday Life, directed by Giovanna Dello Iacono and now in its twelfth edition, titled Global Future, with Colombia as the guest country—an emblem of biodiversity and an intercultural laboratory for a sustainable future.

Curated by Cecilia Buccioni, Giovanna Dello Iacono, and Maria Letizia Paiato, the exhibition presents works by Daniele Di Girolamo, Lalula Vivenzi Carrasco, McManu Espinosa, and Martina Marini Misterioso, offering a visual and conceptual journey through the tensions and transformations of the present: the relationship between individual and society, identity and change, the global dimension and personal intimacy. Through expressive approaches that differ yet remain deeply interconnected, the works on display invite visitors to engage in an emotional and psychological reflection on our time.
