Elena Cappai Bonanni is a visual artist and digital poet known as lunaruggine, active since 2020. Her work spans poetic writing, sound projects (including KARŌSHI, released in 2023 on DDE Records with SOFIA_), and graphic experimentation in ceramics and abstract painting.
Born in the 1990s, she lives and works between Bologna and central Italy, taking part in competitions such as the Grottaglie Prize with stoneware works exhibited at the Ceramics Museum. Her visual poetics explore dense rhythms, silences, and emotional fragments that merge image, word, and artisanal gesture.
Her language is suspended between visual art, performance poetry, and sound, giving her compositions a suspended and evocative dimension.
