Gennifer Deri (1991) lives and works in Italy. She graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara in the painting department under Gianni Dessì, presenting an initial thesis on Kinetic and Programmed Art and a subsequent one on Art and Feminism, bot h accompanied by a photographic project. From the very beginning, the artist has been interested in neuroscience, quantum physics, and the relationship between the real and the virtual, conducting an artistic research in which, through experimental use of photography and specific algorithmic software, she reflects on the possibility of offering a new vision of image and space. In this vision, the observer can immerse themselves and begin to let go, questioning themselves and the perceptual habits with which they are used to seeing reality. The latter is understood as the product of the interrelation between a transmitting entity in the external space and a receiving one in the internal body -space.
