Alessandro Nanni, born in 1991, studied Modern Literature and earned a Master’s degree in Photography of Cultural Heritage at ISIA Urbino in 2016.
After collaborations with architecture studios and in analog printing, since 2017 he has served as assistant professor for the Theory and History of Photography course at IULM University. Active as a photography lecturer at NABA since 2018, he is also photo editor for the magazine Arte Cristiana in Milan. His research investigates the relationship between light, image, and memory, exploring “the lost origin of things” through portraiture, architecture, and fine art printing.
