Federica Rugnone, born in Prato in 1987, is a visual artist specializing in experimental photographic techniques, working between Milan, Florence, Bologna, and Paris. After studying Philosophical Sciences and painting, she deepened her expertise in engraving, cyanotype, a nd gumprint at the Il Bisonte Foundation in Florence. Her research investigates the dialogic coexistence between humans, animals, and the environment, with exhibitions such as La comune discendenza (2021) and solo shows like Human Nature (Pistoia, 2019). She collaborates regularly with the Il Bisonte Foundation, where she leads experimental workshops, and has won awards including the Visible White Photo Prize (2016). Her work blends ancient aesthetics with contemporary experimentation.
