Alessia Cristofaro (Frattamaggiore, 22 September 2000) lives and works in Naples. Her artistic practice brings together materiality and transcendence to explore the depth of human experience.
Through fragments, fluid forms, and colour, she investigates identity, inner life, and collective dynamics. While rooted in a personal urgency, her works open onto a universal dimension, becoming thresholds through which subjective intuition is transformed into shared inspiration in the ongoing construction of the self.
Her research is centred on processes of fragmentation and recomposition as metaphors for the complexity of being. By working across different media, she creates meaningful points of convergence where the artwork becomes a space for encounter, dialogue, and passage.
Her practice is driven by a continuous exploration of sculptural identity and the definition of an artistic language that resists confinement to a single material specificity, instead expanding into ever-evolving forms and new modes of expression.
