Andrea Croce is an Italian visual artist and curator, born in Chieti in 1996. He graduated in 2021 from the Iuav University of Venice in Fashion and Visual Arts, with a thesis exploring performativity in everyday life and its representation between fiction and reality. He then continued his training at the Studio of Performance in Brno, Czech Republic, under the guidance of Julie Béna and Jakub Jansa.
In 2018, Croce founded the Unpae artist residency in the mountain village of Roccacaramanico, Abruzzo, a project that promotes creativity in a rural and spontaneous setting. His artistic practice is characterized by a hybrid and eclectic approach, ranging from performance to curatorship, with a growing interest in performative practices and the interaction between body and objects.
