Born in 1987 in Arizona, United States, Kovach earned his Master of Fine Arts from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, studying both in Philadelphia and in Rome. His research explores the relationship between visual experience and psychological perception, with particular attention to architectural space. Using techniques such as printmaking, analog photography, drawing, and installations, Kovach interacts with exhibition spaces through his works. He has participated in numerous exhibitions and ar tist residencies in Europe and the United States, including Anderson Ranch in Colorado and Kala Art Institute in California, as well as several experiences in Italy, such as the RAMO 6.0 residency in Puglia. Currently, Devin Kovach teaches printmaking and bookbinding techniques, continuing to develop his artistic practice.
