Federica Luciani (Popoli, April 18, 1983) graduated in Photography and Video from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, establishing herself in the conceptual photography scene thanks to recognitions such as reaching the semifinals of the Premio Cairo in 2013, the finals of the Art Rights Prize in 2020, and receiving an honorable mention at the ND Awards in 2021. She has participated in group exhibitions including Parola di donna at the Museo Archeologico di Tolfa, Visione d’insieme at the Municipio di Roma, and Omaggio a San Francesco in the Basilica dei Santi Pietro e Paolo.
In 2022, she conceived the site-specific installation Racconti sul filo in the Quartaro neighborhood, under the patronage of Rome’s Municipio V, involving local writers. She has also exhibited at YAG/GARAGE in Pescara, and her works have been published in the Catalogo dell’Arte Moderna CAM50 by Mondadori.
Her photography is characterized by untitled Fine Art photocompositions, conceived as emotional spaces open to the personal interpretation of the viewer. With a vision centered on beauty, resilience, and connection to nature, Luciani transforms photographic imagery into a tool for reflection and emotional support.
