Giorgio Bartocci is an artist and designer who merges urban art and product design.
His research stems from a creative tension fueled by the stimuli of contemporary society. Through works on walls and canvases, he recreates a symbolic synthesis of the surreal routines of liquid modernity.
His humanoid characters, like “primitives of the future,” float in complex and layered scenarios. The abstract forms, gradations, and silhouettes he uses always carry a precise meaning.
Bartocci studied graphic design and visual communication at I.S.I.A. in Urbino. He now lives and works in Milan, creating visual design projects, exhibitions, and live performances.
