Marco De Leonibus (born in 1990) is a visual artist and experimental musician based between Rome and Pescara. He is distinguished by a hybrid language that combines audiovisual installations and performances within unconventional exhibition spaces. He has taken part in group shows such as “16 Civico” (Rome, 2017), “Focus on PAINTING – La giovane pittura italiana” (YAG/Garage, 2023), and site-specific projects in Abruzzo, including “Seminare, disseminare” (Borgo, 2018) and “Terzo Paesaggio” (16 Civico, 2017). Alongside his visual practice, he produces experimental and impro -folk music, available on platforms such as iHeart (“Improvisations and Reversals”). Both the visual and sound components converge in multimedia projects where sound, space, and image interact immersively. On Instagram (@m_de_leonibus), he shares documentation of his interventions, offering a direct sensory experience. He currently cont inues to work between performance, sound installations, and visual arts, exploring how em otions and places can intersect in shared experiences.
