Maria Trinidad Barros is a Chilean sculptor and multidisciplinary artist, known for her site -specific installations that engage in dialogue with space and nature. Her research addresses environmental and social issues, employing natural materials and artisanal techniques.
She has participated in numerous international exhibitions and biennials, including events in Chile, Argentina, and the United States. Barros is also involved in public and community art projects, seeking to raise awareness of ecological and cultural issues. Her artistic practice is marked by a strong social and political commitment. She currently lives and works between Santiago and Berlin.
