Pierluigi Antonucci was born in 1982 in Popoli (PE) and graduated in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna. After abandoning his engineering studies, he devoted himself to art, inspired by a visit to the Picasso Museum in Barcelona. In 2012, he held his first sol o exhibition in Milan with Studiolo #6 and took part in the group show La Pittura, Isola in Palermo. In 2014, he returned to Palermo to present the solo exhibition Sudoku e vento at Galleria Bianca.
In 2018, he founded the restaurant Don Evandro in Popoli, combining cuisine and art by exhibiting his works. His painting explores light and landscape. He lives and works between Popoli and the Abruzzo region, pursuing art and gastronomy as complementary languages.
