Victor Gianmaria De Lisio, born in Campobasso in 1982, earned degrees in art history and illustration at the Comix. He writes for local newspapers and for Artribune, delving into the Italian art scene. He has worked in both large-scale retail and publishing to better understand the mechanisms of these worlds. Since 2017, he has been studying painting at the Academy of L’Aquila and has begun focusing on performance ar t, deepening his exploration of this medium under the guidance of artists such as Italo Zuff i, Margherita Morgantin, and Franko B.
His research investigates conflict and inner evolution, with a strong interest in the concept of the beyond and its superstructures. De Lisio aspires to create a total art that merges different artistic and cultural languages in a state of continuous cross-pollination.
