The YAG/garage gallery presents Social (&)Art, a group exhibition developed from the national open call launched in recent months and addressed to students of Italian Fine Arts Academies and Design Schools.
The initiative aims to highlight emerging talents and to promote a reflection on the role of communication media in our society and how they shape the world around us.
From social networks to advertising billboards, from traditional print to digital languages, young artists explore the ways in which new communication tools influence the perception of reality, redefining the relationship between the individual, image, and society.
The selected works will also appear in an urban poster campaign, starting on 27 October in Pescara, where the billboard becomes a vehicle for the dissemination of art.
