Luca Armigero was born in Milan in 1981. After moving to Lodi, he studied at the “Callisto Piazza” Art High School and later at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, where he also worked as an assistant in the Department of Visual Arts.
His artistic career, spanning over a decade, is distinguished by site -specific projects that combine large-scale scenographic installations—often created with recycled materials—with painting, photography, and monumental lettering. Among his most renowned works is We all shine on, an installation inspired by John Lennon, along with pieces that explore themes such as memory, the past, and the transformation of forgotten objects. He has exhibited in prestigious venues including the Triennale di Milano, Galler ia Artra, and Palazzo Trevisan in Padua, with his first solo exhibition, Visibile Invisibile, held in 2010 at Studio 14 in Lucca.
Armigero is also active in digital art, with projects in augmented reality and NFTs, and teaches Design and Digital Art at the Art High School of Lodi. His creations are celebrated for their ability to evoke wonder, often through the use of unusual perspectives or techniques such as anamorphosis, which transform text and imagery into unique and engaging visual experiences.
