Valeria Ciardulli (born in 1980) is a Rome-based art director and photographer who has been active in the field of visual communication for over twenty years. Photography is a recent yet intense practice for her: her minimalist, ironic shots, attentive to detail, reveal a narrative gaze focused on the visual signs of everyday life. She defines herself as a “Serial Communicator”: in addition to photography, she works on magazine design, branding, and art direction for editorial and cultural organizations. Her work has been published in PhotoVogue and earned mentions in international awards such as the ReFocus Awards (Fine Art) with the series Parapetto. Her stylistic signature balances visual strength and conceptual elegance, with a design -rooted, project-oriented sensibility.
