Born in Catania in 1986, he initially devoted himself to music research and production. In 2010, he decided to continue his studies in Architecture, moving to Rome, where he currently lives and works. His work intensely explores the metamorphosis of matter, particularly glass, transforming it into pieces that evoke themes of decay, rebirth, and the passage of time. Deeply rooted in art history, Emmanuele draws on classical techniques and Renaissance traditions while placing his work within the contemporary debate on materiality and the environment. Through laborious processes of grinding, sculpting, and polishing, he transforms ephemeral and discarded substances into lasting, contemplative works, examining the interaction between the natural world and art history.
