Sabina Beta is a photographer whose practice is centred on personal artistic research.
Her work experiments with the photographic medium through a variety of techniques, including experimental Polaroid processes. She is particularly interested in creating tangible images in which the process itself becomes an integral part of the artwork.
Her photography often engages with fundamental questions of existence, exploring themes of life and death through an ongoing investigation of self-portraiture and the body—even when the body is not explicitly visible within the image.
