We are pleased to present the group exhibition of the first edition of YAG Almanac, curated by Lisa Parra, Francesco Pozzi, and Mauro Maurizio Palumbo, with coordination by Ivan D’Alberto.
The exhibition is part of the national project of the same name, dedicated to documenting, promoting, and disseminating emerging contemporary artistic research.
At the heart of the project are the Almanac Sheets—A3-format works through which each artist presents, using images, texts, and visual elements, a synthesis of their most recent artistic research. Rather than functioning as autonomous artworks, these sheets serve as narrative devices that bring together intuitions, references, experiments, and ongoing lines of inquiry.
Presented together within the exhibition space, the selected works form a multifaceted map of artistic languages, practices, and visions. The exhibition does not seek to offer a definitive reading of emerging contemporary art; instead, it reflects practices in constant transformation and highlights some of the directions currently being explored by a new generation of artists, creating a space for observation, dialogue, and discovery.
